The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. We process and dispatch all orders within 3 days.

Customs and import taxes (for overseas customers)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom and personalised orders

Depending upon the availability of fabrics, we do accept custom orders (size variations) for our products.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please do contact us if you do not find your country or region listed in the shipping profile.
1. Free Shipping within India for Orders above INR 1000.
2. International Shipping on actual basis.
3. We will ship to your registered address with end to end tracking number. Please make sure that your address is up-to-date. Your contact number is required for us to fulfill shipping requirements. If you want it to be sent to another address, please contact us.
4. Providing detailed address, email id and phone nos to facilitate shipping processes is essential. Failure to provide such information will delay the dispatch of your order.

Packaging

We wrap pack our products to minimize shipping charges, as well as, to ensure that the products are water proofed and secured from damages.

Additional Shipping Info

Where applicable, customs fees have to be borne by the buyer. You can request for additional receipts/invoices for paper work.

Returns, modifications and cancellation of Orders

1. We do accept returns within 7 days but only if the products are damaged or wrongly delivered. See shop policy for more details.
2. Orders may be modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
